Horses help you connect with yourself.
Are you ready to live in greater freedom and joy?
Gestalt Equine Therapy invites you into a different kind of healing space—one where your body’s wisdom, emotional truth, and natural rhythms can rise to the surface with clarity.
Led by Equine Gestalt Coach and movement theater specialist, Bonnie Bottoms is an intuitive and creative facilitator with decades of experience.
Why Horses?
Horses respond to what’s real.
They attune to emotional states and guide you toward insight, release, congruence.
In Bonnie’s sessions, their presence becomes a catalyst for discovery—helping you notice patterns, surface old wounds, and gently step into new ways of being.
With horses as your partner, you’ll feel more grounded and that will enable you to explore what has been difficult to name in traditional therapy.
How Bonnie Works
Bonnie blends her background in movement theater and improvisation with the principles of Gestalt therapy.
Her approach is grounded, experiential, and deeply relational. Whether you’re working through a long-standing emotional pattern, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to reconnect to yourself, you’ll be guided with warmth, curiosity, and steady presence.
Key elements of her work include:
Increased somatic awareness
Deep listening to the “inner detective” within you
Insight rather than analysis
A co-created experience with the horses
